Effective 2026-10-23 · Product: Dying WebsiteController and scope
PHU Automix Iwona Bator, ul. Dębowa 4, 29-100 Włoszczowa, Poland (Polish tax ID/NIP 6561208296). Dying Website is the product name; it is not a separate legal entity.
PHU Automix Iwona Bator is the controller for the Dying Website service. This policy covers the website, anonymous profiles, votes, referrals, purchases, support messages, and security records. A profile is pseudonymous, not completely anonymous: technical providers can process identifiers such as IP addresses.
Contact the seller about purchases, refunds, complaints, technical problems, or privacy: Public customer support email has not been verified. Purchases must remain disabled.. Please include an order ID when available. Never send a card number, recovery token, or password by email.
Data we use and why
We process a random participant ID, hashed session and recovery credentials, chosen team, vote and score history, referral relationship and qualification, order IDs, amounts, BOOST effects, Stripe identifiers and event status, and any information you send to support. The browser sends technical data such as IP address, user agent, and cookies to us and our infrastructure provider. Cloudflare may retain request and security logs under its service settings. We do not collect card numbers in this application; payment details are entered on Stripe Checkout. We do not currently embed advertising pixels or a site analytics service in this interface.
We use profile and game records to perform the service and purchases (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); payment, accounting and legal records to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and security, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, and operational logging where our legitimate interests justify it (Article 6(1)(f)). If optional tracking is added later, we will assess whether consent is required before activating it.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare hosts the Worker, static files, Durable Object data and network edge. Stripe processes Checkout payments and related transaction data. A support mailbox provider will process messages once a verified public support address is configured. We do not sell participant data. Processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area under the providers’ applicable transfer arrangements; provider contracts and transfer mechanisms must be verified before public release.
Retention and security
Profile, vote, referral, and game history currently have no implemented automatic deletion schedule. Payment and dispute records may need to be kept for statutory accounting and legal claims. Cloudflare and Stripe retain their own records under their terms. A precise retention schedule and deletion workflow must be approved before public launch. We use access controls, hashed credentials, server side payment verification, and HTTPS when deployed. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing; you may also complain to a data protection authority, including the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Some data must be retained for legal obligations or claims. Contact us with enough information to identify your profile without sending your recovery token in a support message. US state privacy rights may apply to eligible residents; we will handle verified requests under applicable law.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children. Do not make a purchase unless you can enter a binding contract under applicable law. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date on this page.
