Seller and service

Dying Website is a time limited online competition between HEAVEN and HELL. The website has a fixed deadline. A tie at the end is PURGATORY. There is no cash, merchandise, or other prize for participants, no random draw, and no claim to any share of sales or profits.

Profiles and participation

You may create an anonymous profile and choose one team. The choice is permanent for that profile and adds one point to that team once. JOIN is separate from voting and does not start a cooldown. Keep your recovery token private: losing it may mean losing access. Your first free manual vote is available immediately; further valid votes are normally available every 180 seconds. Each regular vote starts at two points before MOMENTUM, REACH, and BOOST multipliers. MOMENTUM grows with valid votes. Qualified referrals grow REACH, including when an invitee joins the opposite team; merely sharing a link does not qualify a referral. Abuse, automated voting, and manipulation of profiles or payments are prohibited.

BOOST purchases

BOOST is an optional, one time digital game effect. After Stripe confirms a successful eligible payment, the purchased BOOST units accumulate on your profile, strengthen your most recent valid vote, and increase the IMPACT of future valid votes. The immediate points added are calculated from the multipliers of that last vote; future votes use their own current multipliers. Buying BOOST does not create a new vote, change the deadline, guarantee your team wins, or award money or anything with monetary value. BOOST cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The quote shown before Checkout states the units and estimated immediate and next vote effects; the server verifies the final order.

The preset prices are $1.99 for +10 BOOST, $3.98 for +30, and $9.99 for +90. An eligible custom amount starts at $1.99 USD and is quoted by the server. All charges are one time, in USD. The final amount is shown at Checkout before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees; those are outside our control. Tax treatment still requires seller verification before purchases are enabled.

Order and delivery

Select a quote, review the price and effect, then proceed to Stripe Checkout. An order is not paid merely because you reach a return page. The server applies BOOST only after verifying payment through Stripe and the order record. Payment methods are those actually shown in Checkout. Some methods confirm later; points remain pending until confirmation. An unsuccessful or canceled payment does not grant BOOST. The purchase status is available from your profile. Deadline and final result

No new purchases or votes are accepted after the deadline. A payment completed too late will not change the score and is flagged for manual refund review. An unresolved payment may delay publication of the final result. Once the final result is locked, later events cannot change it. Technical interruptions may delay display or reconciliation; they do not create a right to a particular team result.

Consumer rights, problems, and refunds

We do not waive mandatory consumer rights through these Terms. BOOST may be legally classified as a digital service or another form of digital performance depending on the applicable law. We do not assume that delivery or the start of performance automatically removes a statutory withdrawal right. Refund, withdrawal, nonconformity, duplicate charge, and service failure requests are handled under applicable law and the Refund Policy. No automatic refund is currently promised. If the paid effect is not delivered, contact us with the order ID. We will investigate the payment and game record.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but internet access, Stripe, Cloudflare, and devices can fail. We may suspend access to address security incidents or legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for keeping your recovery token secure and for lawful use of the service.

Changes, disputes, and law

We may update these Terms prospectively. The Terms version accepted before Checkout is saved with the order. Polish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first about a complaint; this does not limit your right to seek a court or statutory consumer remedy. We do not require private arbitration.
